PROSOFT's customer base contains thousands of both direct and indirect accounts served by the Company itself and its developed network of dealers. The dealer network is constantly growing and counts at the moment about 30 partners in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Byelorussia, Armenia, Latvia and Uzbekistan. Together with its dealer companies PROSOFT can provide efficient customer support almost in every region all over Russia, CIS and Baltic states. Dealers' engineering personnel regularly passes technical and sales training at PROSOFT, thus being able to extend a full-range timely support to its local customers.
The Company makes every effort to improve its partners' service level. Along with its branch offices and dealers PROSOFT provides a free pre-sale consulting, guarantee&post-guarantee technical support, trainings, as well as assistance in system integration.
Many All-Russian projects have been fulfilled in close partnership with PROSOFT:
- World largest PC-based SCADA and dispatch system for oil products transportation (Transneft, >300 dispatch offices);
- Train auto-haulage system (MPS RF, >1000 trains equipped);
- Automated process control system for oil production (Tatneft, >250 Soft PLC, Intel 8x86);
- Gas-pumping process automation (Gazprom, about 30% of existing service systems);
- "Firewalls" for Corporate Networking and Telecom Systems;
- Control systems in St. Petersburg and Kazan metro.
